Last week, I had the pleasure of photographing sweet little Hudson (nicknamed "Little Turtle"). That was around the time that I was supposed to be photographing his welcome session, but since he came several weeks early, I was in Phoenix when he arrived. In some of the photos, you'll see that little Hudson is stretching out long instead of curling up like you'd normally expect of a newborn. Apparently, when a baby comes early, he doesn't get smooshed enough in the womb to need to curl up. Cool, huh? Anyway, I love little Hudson and his sweet family! See his older brother's newborn session here, 1st birthday session here, and the family just weeks after they found out about his pregnancy here. I LOVE tracking a family's growth through my photography! Ok, without further aduieu, here's baby Hudson and family!
You'll notice in most of my newborn sessions, there are a combination of lifestyle and prop photos. Most people book for the props, but these photos of the family are often my favorite - showing the way a family builds a new one into their unit.
Milk face!
